Agent Engineer / AI Application Engineer

Build AI agents that power real content workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Design and iterate agents, skills, workflows and structured prompts.
- Build AI content pipelines from concept, script and storyboard to video generation.
- Own context management, memory mechanisms and version control.
- Optimize model routing, structured outputs, retries and model costs.
- Create benchmarks, regression tests and output-quality evaluation systems.
Core qualifications
- Experience with LLMs, multimodal models and mainstream model APIs.
- Able to build multi-step agent workflows independently.
- Working knowledge of Python, API integration and JSON Schema.
